HSDB strongly believes that all parents should learn ASL to better communicate with their Deaf/hard of hearing child. We make learning ASL fun, easy and convenient. ASL classes are open to parents, siblings and extended family members (uncles, cousins, etc.) of HSDB students. There are three different ways to take the ASL classes:
- evening ASL classes on-campus
- evening and weekend ASL classes online
- weekend ASL classes in your community
If you are interested in taking ASL classes, please contact the Ohana Liaison, Colleen Cidade.
